By using Sprout, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Sprout application.
The Sprout Software License provides access to the Sprout starter template through a one-time purchase, granting you unrestricted and perpetual use of its core functionalities. Designed for independent creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, Sprout empowers users to quickly build e-commerce websites and online stores.
This license involves no recurring fees or subscriptions. However, Water Your Plants LLC reserves the right to terminate the license at any time, without notice or conditions. This provision allows the licensor to maintain control over distribution and usage.
By purchasing the Sprout Software License, you acknowledge these rights and agree to use the product in accordance with these terms.
Because Sprout is a digital product, all sales are final. Once access is granted, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
It is not guaranteed that Sprout will meet your specific requirements or operate without interruption or errors. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement—including, without limitation, potential loss of profits, data, or business opportunities—are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
Water Your Plants LLC makes no warranty as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or performance of Sprout. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, or expenses arising from the use of the software, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
If Water Your Plants LLC is found liable for breach of this Agreement, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. You release Water Your Plants LLC from any claims exceeding that amount.
You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or manage using Sprout. Water Your Plants LLC does not monitor or take responsibility for user-generated content.
We may adjust the price of Sprout in the future as we improve and expand the product. Purchasing now secures your license at the current price.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Water Your Plants LLC as a result of your use of Sprout. You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of Water Your Plants LLC, and agree that Water Your Plants LLC will not be liable for any actions you take on behalf of your own business.
